The InFLAMES Flagship had its first open call for applications in December. The InFLAMES Flaghip call for applications for a short-term Group Leader/ Senior Researcher (Fellow) positions ended at the December 21, 2020.

The InFLAMES Board selected four Group Leaders for a six months period of employment. The selected candidate’s research fields were related to immunology, immunology-based drug development and/or diagnostics.

Group Leaders selected for InFLAMES posts, and their host departments:

• Gidwani, Kamlesh, Department of Biochemistry
• Li, Xiang-Guo, Turku PET Centre
• Lönnberg, Tapio, Turku Bioscience Centre
• Oresic, Matej, Turku Bioscience Centre
