Three international experts, Professors Steffen Jung from the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, Ari Waisman from the Institute for Molecular Medicine in Germany, and Burkhard Becher from the Institute of Experimental Immunology in Switzerland, are visiting Turku on October 7–9. On Monday, October 7, we will also hold a Minisymposium titled Macrophage Plasticity: Shapeshifting Heroes or Still Villains?, with presentations from all three guests. The seminar will start at 13:00 and conclude at 16:30, followed by an opportunity for networking.
