They use patient-derived multi-modal data\, such as histopathology images\, DNA/RNA/DNA methylation sequencing data\, circulating tumor DNA\, radiological images\, clinical data and ex vivo data collected from observational\, longitudinal and multi-region tri al (DECIDER\; ClinicalTrials ID: NCT04846933) to characterize chemotherapy resistance mechanisms in ovarian high grade serous carcinoma.
