 ogies to investigate cell biology and host–pathogen interactions at the 
 nanoscale. He is widely known for creating open-source image-analysis tool
 s\, including QuickPALM\, NanoJ\, eSRRF and ZeroCostDL4Mic\, which have ma
 de super-resolution microscopy and AI for microscopy more accessible and r
 eliable. He is committed to transparent\, reproducible research and freely
